Who Have Done the Most Work
If you've done the therapy, the journaling, the breathwork — and something still feels quietly unfinished —
this 55-minute practice was designed for exactly where you are.
The exhaustion of always
You are not new to this. You have read the books, sat with the therapist, breathed through the practices. You can name your wounds. You understand your patterns.
And yet, something remains. A quiet hollowness. A tightness that no insight has been able to touch. A persistent sense that you understand everything and feel almost nothing differently.
It is not because you haven't worked hard enough. It is because every method you've tried was asking your mind to solve something that lives in your body.
— Therapy that explains your patterns but doesn't shift them
— Breathwork that opens you, then closes you back up by Monday
— Retreats that crack you open without teaching you how to live from there
— Meditation that gives you clarity until life happens again
— Support groups where the story is shared but nothing truly transforms
— Journaling that circles the wound but never dissolves it
These paths didn't fail you because you weren't ready.
They were simply never designed to reach what's underneath.
— Mariel Hemingway, Return of the Queen™
This is not a support group.
The Tea Circle is a 55-minute guided embodied practice, a quiet, curated space where the women who have already done "the work" are invited to stop explaining themselves and begin remembering themselves.
A gentle, body-based opening practice that invites your nervous system to soften, not perform. No right way to do it. No outcome required.
This is not a space for venting or revisiting the story. It is structured sharing that moves you forward rather than circling the familiar.
No frameworks. No homework. No fixing. This practice asks only that you show up, and allow your body to be the guide it already is.
The room matters. You will be held by women who are no longer interested in performing healing, only in living it.
A gentle path forward
You don't need to commit to anything beyond showing up. Here is what the next few days look like.
Your name is placed in the circle. A confirmation arrives in your inbox within minutes with everything you need to know.
You'll receive one brief email with simple guidance on how to enter the practice feeling grounded. Nothing to prepare, nothing to study.
The 55-minute Tea Circle begins. You enter when you're ready. Mariel holds the space. Your only role is to be present.
Nothing is required of you after the circle ends. If something in you stirs, if you recognize this as the beginning of something, the next step will be waiting when you're ready.
What shifted when
“I came in convinced I had "tried everything." Within twenty minutes, I felt something in my chest loosen that I didn't even realize had been clenched for years.”

Retired executive, 52
“I expected another talking circle. This was nothing like that. The silence was active. Something in me remembered itself.”

Mother of three, 47
“I have done years of therapy. The Tea Circle reached something my therapist never could — not because she wasn't good, but because this lives somewhere else entirely.”

Spiritual practitioner, 58
Mariel Hemingway

Mariel Hemingway is a globally recognized mental health advocate, embodiment mentor, and founder of Return of the Queen™. Over three decades, she has guided women out of survival and back into their bodies, their boundaries, and their truth.
She is not a motivator. She does not fix. She holds a space that is steady enough for women to stop performing, and begin remembering.
Her gift is regulated presence. When Mariel enters a room, something in the nervous system recognizes safety and begins to release.
Why not give yourself
and remember?
You don't have to be ready for transformation. You don't need to be certain this is the right path. You only need to be willing to sit still for a moment and see what your body already knows.
We are beginning. Your seat is waiting.
Complimentary. No obligation. Simply a threshold open when you are.
